We find a lot of stuff in the pockets - personal items, jewelry, glasses. One
thing that pops up constantly is wedding rings. I get a lot of calls from customers
who are desperately seeking their wedding rings before they go home.
A few years ago, one of my pharmaceutical customers took off her necklace and
forgot it in the pocket of her lab coat. It had been a special gift from her mother
and, in addition to being sentimental, was worth quite a lot of money.
I went over to the laundry myself and searched through the pockets of about
two thousand dirty garments, eventually finding the necklace - about four from
the bottom, of course! Without our customers, we are nothing; so of course I'm
willing to put in the extra effort for them.

On a basic level, we provide customers with fresh linen and clothing that is
esthetically pleasing and hygienically safe. On a deeper level, we enable other
companies to consistently present a high-quality appearance, which is a contributing
factor to their overall success as a business.
Let's say we are providing a restaurant with table linen, serviettes and tea
towels. If they have a big night and run out of clean linen, I will go out of
my way to redeliver more stock so their business can go on without interruption
and their image remains unblemished.
I'm proud to supply products and services that help other businesses succeed
and run smoothly. That's what it's all about - providing excellent service and
making sure the customer is deeply satisfied. |
