Customer Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

Account
means Your customer account with Alsco Uniforms for the supply of textiles only.

Alsco Uniforms
means Alsco Pty Limited.

You or Your
means a current Account holder with Alsco Uniforms.

New Customer
means a potential customer introduced by You to Alsco Uniforms, subject to the terms contained herein.

Minimum Monthly Spend
means the amount shown on a Rental Service Agreement or otherwise calculated by Alsco Uniforms (excluding GST).

Rental Service Agreement
means the terms and conditions by that name (or similar) of Alsco Uniforms for receiving its services at the time Your referral is made.

2. Opportunity

If You refer a New Customer to Alsco Uniforms, Alsco Uniforms may credit Your Account for an amount being the lesser of:

the value of the New Customer’s Minimum Monthly Spend; and
Your Average Monthly Spend; and
$2,500.

If a New Customer enters into a Rental Services Agreement as stipulated in clause 3, the New Customer will receive their first week of services free.

3. Eligibility

For You to be eligible to participate in the Alsco Uniforms referral rewards program, You:

Must have a current Rental Services Agreement with Alsco Uniforms that, at the time you make the referral, has not less than twelve (12) months before expiry; and
Must refer the New Customer to Alsco Uniforms by providing the New Customer with the Refer and Be Rewarded QR Code or the following link click here.

and the New Customer:

Must enter into a Rental Services Agreement with Alsco Uniforms for an initial term of not less than thirty-six (36) months within ninety (90) days of being referred by You (the date Alsco Uniforms receives your referral is the date from which the 90 days is calculated); and
Must not already receive services from Alsco Uniforms

4. Additional requirements

Only one credit will be applied for each New Customer referred by You.
Despite any other term, Alsco Uniforms reserve the right to refuse their service and participation to its referral program to any person or company, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.
