Meet Our Team

Eva K.

I feel that Alsco Unifoirms has a diverse and friendly work environment with a great focus on its people, providing employees with some flexibility in allowing a better work-life balance and creating opportunities for career progression.

My career journey with Alsco Uniforms started in February 2022 as part of the Business Applications Support team, providing IT and Abel support to the APAC region.

It was my first full-time role coming out of university where I had studied business and IT. In February 2023 I was able to progress to the Quality Assurance team as a Test Analyst where I am constantly learning and expanding my knowledge of Abel.

At Alsco, I enjoy being in an environment where I am constantly able to learn and grow, and within the IT team, I have been able to experience that as we get to interact and learn about each part of the business and communicate with the different teams across Alsco Uniforms.

Working in Alsco Unifoorms is a friendly and fun environment. One day is never like the other. I started working at Alsco Uniforms In May 2021 as an Assistant Production Manager, and since then I am still learning a lot every day.

I enjoy dealing with people and new challenges that’s pretty much what I do on a daily basis.

Alsco Uniforms is a great place to work. The environment is always welcoming, and staff are always kept in the loop with what is going on in the business. People at Alsco Uniforms are always happy and cheerful which makes the workplace comfortable for everyone

My journey began at Alsco Melbourne in 2015 when I started in the Soil Sorting Area. I then moved into the washroom area when I was loading the CBW. In May 2016, I then took over as Washroom Team Leader which was a great experience. I was in that role until mid-2020 when I moved to Production Supervisor at Alsco Uniforms Melbourne.

In January 2022 I began my current role as Assistant Production Manager, which I thoroughly enjoy. I have loved the opportunities to grow provided to me by Alsco uniforms  and am grateful for these.

I enjoy that every day is different at Alsco Uniforms Melbourne. I enjoy the day-to-day challenges associated with achieving the KPIs required of me. I always enjoy arriving for work at Alsco Uniforms and seeing what challenges are in store for me today. I love when I work with the team to put plans in place and see the success at the end when the plan is executed successfully.
