Terms and Conditions - Wollongong Commercial Laundry Pricing Offer

1. Offer Overview

This promotional offer (“Offer”) is provided by Alsco Uniforms Wollongong (“we”, “us”, “our”) to eligible new customers requiring accommodation linen services.

2. Eligibility

• The Offer is available to customers requiring accommodation linen services, except those under an existing linen services contract with Alsco Uniforms which will still be current on 1 December 2026.
• You will receive the benefit of this Offer if you are a new customer, a customer receiving services other than the services under this Offer or a previous customer that is returning to Alsco Uniforms**
• The Offer is for the commencement of Services on or after 1 February 2027 (subject to the upgraded Wollongong plant opening as scheduled).

3. Offer Period Mechanics

• The Offer will provide you with 2026 pricing fixed until February 2028, commencing from 1 February 2027 (or such later date as may apply if the opening of the new plant is delayed)

• The Offer will expire entirely on 31 January 2028, unless extended at our discretion, and on expiry, the terms of the Service Agreement will continue to govern our relationship with the Customer.

4. Nature of the Offer

• The Offer applies to accommodation linen services.
• The exact benefit will be detailed in the customer’s service agreement or proposal.
• The Offer applies only during the applicable promotional period and will revert to standard pricing thereafter, in accordance with the terms of the Service Agreement.

5. Commencement and Duration

• The Offer begins on the service commencement date, not the contract signing date (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• The Offer duration is fixed at the time of agreement and will not be extended or paused.

6. Non-Transferability

• The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
• It may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly approved by us in writing.

7. Early Termination or Changes

• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time, provided that existing Service Agreements already in place and subject to this Offer, are honoured.

8. Service Agreement Priority

• These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the customer’s Service Agreement.
• In the event of any inconsistency, the terms of the Service Agreement will take precedence.

9. General Conditions

• We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our sole discretion.
• Any misuse or attempted manipulation of the Offer will result in immediate disqualification.
• All decisions made by us in relation to this Offer are final.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

11. Opening Date Contingency

• This Offer is conditional upon the Alsco Uniforms Wollongong commercial laundry facility commencing operations in or around February 2027.
• We reserve the right to delay the commencement of the Offer if the opening of the facility is postponed due to operational, construction, regulatory, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of any changes; however, we accept no liability for delays or any resulting impacts.
