Customer Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

Account – means your customer account with Alsco Uniforms for the supply of textiles only.
Alsco Uniforms – means Alsco Pty Limited.
You / Your – means an account holder with Alsco Uniforms.
New Customer – means a potential garments customer introduced by you to Alsco Uniforms, subject to these terms and conditions.
Minimum Monthly Spend – means the amount shown on a Rental Service Agreement or otherwise calculated by Alsco Uniforms (excluding GST).
Rental Service Agreement – means the terms and conditions by that name (or similar) of Alsco Uniforms for receiving its services at the time your referral is made.

2. Opportunity

If you refer a New Customer to Alsco Uniforms, Alsco Uniforms may credit your Account for an amount being the lesser of:

A. The value of the New Customer’s Minimum Monthly Spend; and
B. Your Minimum Monthly Spend; and
C. $2,500.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Alsco Uniforms Referral Rewards Program, you must:

A. Have a current Rental Service Agreement with Alsco Uniforms that, at the time of referral, has no less than 12 months remaining before expiry.
B. Not be in default of your Rental Service Agreement, and not have been in default at any time in the preceding 12 months.
C. Refer the New Customer to Alsco Uniforms by submitting a referral via the referral form.

The New Customer must:

D. Enter into a Rental Service Agreement with Alsco Uniforms for an initial term of not less than 36 months within ninety (90) days of being referred by you (calculated from the date Alsco Uniforms receives your referral).
E. Not already receive services from Alsco Uniforms (whether under an expired, existing, or otherwise active agreement).
F. Operate their business within the metropolitan area of a state capital city only, and must not be a franchise business.

4. Additional Requirements

A. Only one credit will be applied for each New Customer referred by you.
B. Despite any other term, Alsco Uniforms reserves the right to refuse service or participation in the referral program to any person or company, without notice and for any reason whatsoever.
